Moquan Liu was born in HuBei Province, China in 2003. He graduated from Wuhan University of Science and Technology. He is currently majoring the M.S. degree at East China University of Science and Technology. His research is mainly about 3D Reconstruction in the Medical Field.

In terms of academic activities, he has participated in many competitions such as the mathematical modeling competition for a few times and received several prizes.
